MASK Prep lessons give you solutions to struggles. MASK tackles issues we know you face. Whether it is how to successfully relate with others, how to navigate the digital world or how to make healthy emotional and physical choices. Take time each week to watch MASK videos and take advantage of our resources for teens. You will learn healthy coping skills/life hacks to take on any and all challenges. Life can be hard but it can also be wonderful. You have the power to take on challenges, learn from them and become stronger.
